Summary :

Following a user study on the lockers, we created a service that allow one's luggage to be unloaded for a certain period of time. The user can order a "Lester" to pick up his luggage(s) and then, whenever he wishes, he notify the "Lester" to bring back his belongings safely. The application features price estimation, insurance, as well as a real-time geolocation of the Lester and luggage(s). We worked on this project, and is theoretically ready to launch. We contacted some companies, like La Poste, to know how they handle numerous packages at the same time and still manage a great rate. We studied logistic problems in big cities and analysed how companies like DHL and UPS manage to deliver packages quickly or with a minimum of delay.
