Summary :

We worked as a team on a smart home device for an external company called Forward Labs. We established a full user research for the product, leading user investigations and using UX tools like personas, mental maps and heuristics diagrams. We made a lot of iterations for this product, looking on what is been done by other companies. And trying to design a product that is as original as familiar. We looked at other products like the Google Home, the Amazon Alexa, the Prizm, and other products like the Devialet’s speakers. The final goal was to make a product that combine an excellent audio quality with a complete domotic experience.
